Buying feathers on earrings or hair pieces

Lately colourful real feathers have become very popular on accessories, which made the feathers themselves more expensive and has become a problem for people who use these feathers for work related purposes.

Fishermen use these feathers near the hook while fishing, and they often need to be replaced, which is a problem with the soaring feather prices, because they have become in demand.

Not hating, I like these feathers too, and this isn’t a major life-threatening matter, I know, but just food for your thoughts.
